Latte Day Saints – September 1st 2008

It is true. I don’t get that excitement as a 11 Year Old Leader any longer. It’s the parents mostly. I have been a leader for over a year and just last week found that I should be meeting with the Primary President. I’ve never even talked to her. And yes we’ve been in the same room at the same time. And because of the lack of leadership (Cub Master was also the 11 year old assistant for months), the nex 11 year old will be going to another ward.
I have to remind myself that I am doing this for free, on my own. This is Preparation of the Preparatory Priesthood. How must more important can that be.

P.S. I am using a new image program. Tell me what you think.

Hang in there. There ain’t enough perfect people to fill all the positions, and there are even fewer perfect people available to train those who do get called.
It’s frustrating to get called to some job, and they don’t tell you what you’re supposed to do until months or years later.
Remember, life is messy.

The illustrations seem a little softer, otherwise they capture your style well.
