Meet the Latte Day Saints Cast Members

Elder Berry (Taken from the fruit: Elderberry)

Elder Berry is typical Missionary. He raised his $10,000 to go on his mission and is serving it well with Elder Bush. He gives spiritual thoughts when necessary, and helps because he is helpful.

Elder Bush(Taken from President George W. Bush’s father who is the elder of the two Bushes)

Elder Bush is very loyal to his companion and his Church. He is more straight-forward in his teachings and goes by the letter of the law in proselytizing. He has little to no humor but surprises Elder Berry from time to time.

Cal Chlakfan (Taken from that “She’s So High” Singer)

Cal is an RM (Return Missionary) but is no longer a member of the Church. He believes the Church is a cult. His favorite saying is “It’s not what it claims to be.”

Emma Wrightly (Taken from Emma Smith)

Emma is a bit of a closet goth (hence the skull necklace). Her Father and Mother converted when she was 13 but she didn’t. Isaac Wrightly was sealed to Emma’s mother, then civilly divorced. He later remarried and was sealed to Emma’s step-mother without being unsealed to his first wife. These sealings made Isaac an “Eternity Polygamist”.

Emma just loves coffee but feels like a deviant when she partakes of the “Forbidden Bean”.

Emmanuel “Red” Goldstein (1984, Hackers, etc. )

Hala Kahiki (Pineapple)

She’s Mormon Church Enemy Trifecta. Feminist, Homosexual and Intellectual.

Hyrum (Taken from the website TheChurchisNotTrue.com {which is no longer up})

Hyrum is as Anti-Mormon as Anti-Mormons come. But he is also Mormon as Mormons come. He is a descendant of Hyrum Smith (through the Polygamy side of things). He’s cynical and in your face – He’s Hyrum and doesn’t apologize for it.

Jack Young (Taken from Jack Mormon and Brigham Young)

Jack is a Temple Recommend holding, Temple Marriage, Full Tithe Paying, Pioneer Stock Mormon. He is a true TBM True Believing Mormon.

Jane Young (Taken from Plain Jane)

Jane is Eternally Married to Jack Young and is a typical Mormon woman. She is expected and accepted the calling to mother many Mormon children.

Jeffren Burnell (Mormonized Name)

Community of Christ Member. But he calls it the real Smith Church.

James Jesse (Taken from James Jesse Strang)

James is a Strangite. The Stragites hold a claim to Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He is part of pre-pioneer stock Mormon who didn’t follow Prophet Young to Utah nor they follow the racist and misogynistic tendencies. He adheres to The Book of the Law of the Lord as well as the The Book of Mormon.

Jimmi Henrickson (Taken from Jimi Hendrix and Bill Henrickson)

Jimmi is a big Big Love fan. He learns a lot about Mormons from the show. He likes the idea of Mormonism but hates the racial statements that have never been retracted. If he had it his way Polygamy would be reinstated for both male and female.

Celestial Joseph (Taken from Joseph Smith)

What Joseph Smith Jr. Would look like if he appeared to us on earth today in all of his Celestial Glory.

Juanita Ruel

Loves her bishop and loves her sangria. She knows there are flaws in the church and accepts the there are flaws in her character.

Patrick Horton (Take from Patrick Norton of TechTV Fame)

Patrick is a free-thinker and a Utilikilt wearer. The Missionaries are trying to convert him, die his hair, tell him to stop wearing his kilt, and (the kicker) tell him to ditch his Man-Purse. He would rather stick a hot pocker in his eye twice than join the church.

Sam Yule

Sam is a New Order Mormon he has seen the Way that is “All True”, “All False”, but he chooses the “Third Way” which is a bit of both. His family thinks he has lost his testimony but that’s only half true.

Sarah Blondie

Sarah is a “Fence Sitting” Mormon. She has one toe in the Church and her whole body in the world. She is a backslider but she avoided excommunication on a monthly basis.

Vic Trentmore

He is a Correllian Pagan with a knowledge that Mormons are Pagans too.
