It is true. I don’t get that excitement as a 11 Year Old Leader any longer. It’s the parents mostly. I have been a leader for over a year and just last week found that I should be meeting with the Primary President. I’ve never even talked to her. And yes we’ve been in the same room at the same time. And because of the lack of leadership (Cub Master was also the 11 year old assistant for months), the nex 11 year old will be going to another ward.

I have to remind myself that I am doing this for free, on my own. This is Preparation of the Preparatory Priesthood. How must more important can that be.

I have heard many members say that they did not know Joseph Smith was a polygamist. I have heard others say it was obvious. Is it a bone of contention within the church that our first three leaders were all confirmed polygamists? Is it note worthy that the last was a federal fugitive because of it? Tell us what you think.
